Road to Emmaus Ministry of Syracuse, Inc., a 501 (C) 3, is a comprehensive faith-based outreach ministry, providing meals; a food pantry; children/family activity packs; shower access; haircuts; a caseworker; vision and hearing screening with Aurora of CNY; and legal assistance in collaboration with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of CNY, Inc.

The Office of Clinical Legal Education provides representation to individuals and groups in Syracuse and neighboring communities who cannot afford private attorneys or who cannot obtain other available legal assistance. Clinics offer assistance in such areas as bankruptcy, veterans issues, tax matters, criminal defense, and housing. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

A free legal aid organization with a team of staff, volunteer attorneys and law students who offer free legal information, assistance, and representation in civil matters to low-income people, including housing, family law, and more. Attorneys assist with estates and elder law matters for low-income clients with limited assets, including help with pro se filings for safe deposit boxes, small estates, and 17-A guardianships, as well as consultations regarding other estate planning and elder law issues, among other matters.
