The Alcohol-Drug Abuse Prevention Education Program (ADAPEP) is a school-based substance abuse prevention program that provides school districts with information, education and counseling services at the elementary, middle and high school levels. ADAPEP is funded by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and the participating school districts, with the support of the Onondaga County Department of Mental Health and the Madison County Department of Mental Health.

Farnham Family Services delivers a wide range of strategies for fighting substance abuse at home, in schools, and in communities. Its interventions include counseling, education programs, skills development workshops, family programming, training sessions for parents, teachers, and other professionals, positive alternative activities for youth, and policy change and enforcement efforts to reduce substance use and underage drinking.
