ConnextCare announced the addition of Rick Leone to its growing team of mental health professionals. As a licensed master social worker, Leone brings a strong background in clinical practice, community outreach, and compassionate client care.
Leone received his Master of Social Work degree from Nazareth College. With a passion for advocacy and mental health awareness, Leone specializes in trauma-informed care, with a particular interest in youth and family services.

In his new role, Leone will provide individual and family counseling for students enrolled in the school-based health center program at Lura Sharp Elementary.
