ConnextCare welcomes social worker at its Mexico location

Emily Watson, a licensed master social worker, has joined ConnextCare and will be based at Mexico  Elementary School-Based Health Center, where she is providing behavioral health support and services to students in both the elementary and high school.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Watson brings both knowledge and compassion to her work. Her presence within the Mexico School District reflects ConnextCare’s ongoing commitment to integrated, accessible care for Oswego County youth and families.

The need for accessible mental health support among children and adolescents continues to rise, making her addition especially impactful, according to a news release. By strengthening behavioral health services directly within schools, ConnextCare is helping students receive timely, essential care that supports both their academic success and overall well-being.

“We are thrilled to welcome Emily to the ConnextCare team,” said Tricia Peter Clark, president and CEO of ConnextCare. “Her expertise and dedication to supporting students’ well-being will strengthen our school-based health services and ensure we continue to meet the needs of the community.”
