An outreach ministry of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, the clinic offers free limited dental care to homeless, unemployed, and uninsured adults in Central New York. The scope of care offered is limited to examinations, X-rays, hygiene, fillings, and routine extractions. Care is provided by volunteer dentists and hygienists by appointment only.

ConnextCare’s dental services provide high-quality, affordable oral healthcare to patients of all ages throughout Oswego County. The dental team — consisting of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants – works to promote lifelong oral health through preventive care, education, and treatment. Services include routine exams, cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, and emergency dental care. ConnextCare also provides dental screenings and preventive services at each of its nine school-based health centers.
Dental services are offered at ConnextCare’s offices in Pulaski, Fulton and Oswego. Oswego has a walk-in dental clinic, which is open to non-established and established patients. A list of participating insurances can be found on the ConnextCare website. A sliding fee scale discount program is available for eligible patients.
